The crab cake is only available as an appetizer, and comes served with a Cajun lobster sauce. Not much description other than that on the menu, but you certainly won't be disappointed with what you are served.
While it is billed as a crab cake, one could argue that this is simply a pile of crab, helded together by sheer will, and a mixture of red peppers, corn and onions. There is actually some mayonnaise in there to act as a binder, but not much. The result is simply quality. Jumbo lumps of crab with hardly any broken pieces or shreds. Beautiful crab flavor that is perfectly sweet. A sauce that accentuates the crab to create this spectacular form of spicy crabby goodness. The sauce can get a bit overpowering, so our recommendation is to save some on the side so you can roll around in it later.
The cake is quite large, and when ordered along with a side, could easily count as a regular entree. But don't get us wrong -- the steaks are quite tasty as well. And the lobster mac and cheese is pretty rockin', too!
